We deliver to the following areas within the UAE and to nearby countries in the Middle East. Please refer to the table below for specific shipping times.
Dubai, Sharjah within 3 days
AD, Ajman, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah within 5 days
GCC countries 7 to 10 days
2. Shipping time and fees
Shipping times and fees vary depending on the delivery location. The estimated delivery times are provided in the table below. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

3. Order processing
- Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping methods
We use reputable courier services to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and promptly. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
5. International shipping
- For customers outside the UAE, including nearby countries in the Middle East, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
6. Shipping restrictions
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or longer shipping times. Please contact our customer support for more information if you reside in a remote area.
7. Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
8. Delivery issues
- If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays, damaged goods, or incorrect items, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@reovit.ae or +971 50 522 55 62. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
