Welcome to ReoVit.ae, an e-commerce platform operated by BSM General Trading that specializes in selling horse feed from ReoVit® in the UAE. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. You may want to print a copy of these for future reference.
ReoVit.ae is owned and operated by BSM General Trading, which is registered in the United Arab Emirates, License No. 863451. The company’s registered office address is at Moosa Tower 1, SZR – Dubai. The UAE is our country of domicile.
In these terms, “we” refers to ReoVit.ae and BSM General Trading, and “you” and “your” refer to any visitor to the website or any ReoVit.ae customer.
Prices, currency & payment details
All prices are shown on the website in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED and also accept cash on delivery payments in AED.
When placing your order, you will be requested to select a form of payment for your goods. We offer the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card Payment Online: All online payments, including any taxes, delivery, shipping, and handling fees, are processed securely via [insert payment provider] and only cards accepted by [insert payment provider] can make payments. ReoVit.ae can only accept payment in Dirhams (AED). All currencies will be converted to Dirhams (AED), and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
All prices are as stated on the website, but ReoVit.ae reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
All payment should be made in AED. We do not offer to accept other currencies. In case of delayed payment or non-payment, ReoVit.ae holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of your order.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
Account creation on Reovit.ae
- Eligibility: To make a purchase on ReoVit.ae, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information during the registration process.
2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. BSM General Trading (ReoVit® UAE) reserves the right to terminate accounts, edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Areas: We deliver within the UAE only. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary based on your location and the size of your order.
- Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Horse assessment form and nutrition plan
- Horse Assessment Form: Customers can fill out a horse assessment form to receive a customized nutrition plan for their horse. This form will be sent to the BSM General Trading – ReoVit® team for evaluation.
- Assessment Review: The BSM General Trading – ReoVit® team will review the horse assessment form within 2 business days of receipt and propose a tailored nutrition plan based on the provided information.
- Customized Nutrition Plan: The proposed nutrition plan will be sent to the customer within 3business days after the assessment review. Customers may need to provide additional information or clarifications as requested by the ReoVit® team.
- Follow-Up: Follow-up consultations and adjustments to the nutrition plan can be made upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Limitation of liability
- Product Use: BSM General Trading – ReoVit® is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Customers must follow the usage instructions and consult with a veterinarian as needed.
- Website Use: BSM General Trading ReoVit® does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
